Inside Tae Kwon Do (September 1995)
Defense Against Front Kick
- Chief Master squares faces off with his opponent.
- As the opponent advances with a high front kick, slide your rear leg to the left.
- As the opponent's leg is locked out, plat an instep kick to the groin.
- When the opponent folds, grab the back of his neck with your left hand.
- Raise your right arm high.
- Plant an elbow onto the upper spine area.
- Slide your right forearm under the chin and slide his head under your armpit.
- Drive your right knee into his solar plexus.

- Slide your right hand toward your left in a counter clockwise direction.
- The tight lock on his neck rotates the opponent and he drops back as you drop to your right knee, pulling his weight forward.
- It should be tight enough at this point to choke out the opponent
- But for further measure, shift your weight back and flip the opponent over your shoulder.
