As the opponent jumps and spins, shift your weight onto your rear leg and prepare to spin.
Sit on your right ankle and place both hands on the floor for balance
And deliver a low spin kick.
Notice the knee does not touch the ground; landing back on your feet, prepare to stand.
Stand up and prepare to rotate.
Deliver a spin kick to the body with the left leg.
When the opponent grabs the leg in defense
Summersault backward, delivering another spin kick ( the kick is purposely thrown high to miss the head, but in a real situation you should aim to the head)
If the opponent is still holding onto your leg, then land on your foot and prepare to redirect.
Push off the ground and prepare to deliver a chop kick.
