A Hwa Rang Do Black Sash (who must remain anonymous to protect his identity) is a member of the elite Special Weapons And Tactics (S.W.A.T.) Team for the Rotterdam Police Department. They patrol and protect the largest and busiest seaport in the world. He has also just received his Firearms Instructor Certification and is developing ways to implement Hwa Rang Do special weapons and tactics program into the Dutch S.W.A.T. Unit.
