Tae Soo Do has tested my character and helped build my strength. I am thirty-eight and I feel stronger and more energetic than ever before. I have better focus and concentration and I find myself becoming more disciplined in every aspect of my life. As an added benefit, my wife and son also train at the Academy. My wife was a little skeptical about our 4-year old son enduring such a sport, but we abandoned all our excuses and enrolled him and ourselves as well. I see the difference in my son's attitude and endurance. It is evident that his confidence has increased. Having Master Lee as a teacher is an honor and I cannot thank him enough for having his heart open to all of his students. I value the knowledge and wisdom he shares with all of us. I urge others to join Hwa Rang Do and receive all the benefits we have received and continue to enjoy, not just for today, but for the rest of our lives. -Marco Lopez
